Since I first began growing orchids, my dream had been to hybridize and breed them as well. Now my orchid breeding programs are well under way, and working in them, as well as working around other plant groups, has inspired me to try my hand in hybridizing and breeding other families and genera too. Kingdom Botanicals is the name I am currently using to identify all of my plant work, and good clones will start with the word ‘Kingdom’. The name speaks of the subsuming power of the Kingdom of God to draw all things bright and beautiful unto itself, and the eternal dominion the Kingdom will have at the culmination of all things.
I am currently focusing on three genera, Schlumbergera (Christmas Cacti), Aloe (fantasy group), and Haworthia.
